FAQ

Do we need a reservation?
To be sure you will be cruising, we always recommend booking in advance. On weekends and high season, we book up fast. And on slower days, we might not cruise due to not having enough participants.

What time do I need to arrive?
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your departure time.

Do we tip the Captain?
The tip for the Captain is not required but greatly appreciated. He will do his best to ensure you have the most fantastic time on the water! If you would like to tip the Captain, we advise you to do so at the end of your cruise.

Do you have a restroom aboard?
No. We advise using the restrooms at Royal Pointe Park.

What can we expect to see while cruising down the Indian River?
We see dolphins on almost every trip. We also look for manatees, birds, river otters, and whatever else we see. Every day is different, so we can't promise what you might see. Please keep in mind that this is a wildlife tour, and therefore we can't guarantee the sightings of Dolphins, Manatees, Birds, or other Wildlife.

Where do we park?

You park at the right (West) side of the Tradewinds Restaurant in Vero Beach (41 Royal Palm Pointe, Vero Beach, FL 32960) and walk to the back of the parking lot/restaurant where the docks are.

Are dogs allowed?
Yes

 

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel anytime and for any reason. However, we do require you to cancel before your reservation time. So that we’re not waiting for you and let other customers enjoy the day.

Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

No-shows will be charged the full price.
